Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced on Sunday that Russian President Vladimir Putin will deliver an important speech later this week.
Peskov stated: “President Putin will give a significant address. We will announce its topic, timing, and location later. This week will be filled with events,” according to Russia’s TASS news agency.
He added that the president will also hold several official meetings at the Kremlin during the week, in addition to participating in international events.
In a related context, the Kremlin spokesperson revealed that President Putin is expecting a state visit from Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Russia in November.
Speaking at a media forum in the Kazakh city of Almaty, Peskov noted: “We are all currently working on preparations for the state visit that the President of Kazakhstan will pay to Russia in November.”
