King Salman: G20 Has Proven Ability to Mitigate Coronavirus Effects

Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud said on Saturday that "The G20 group, under the chairmanship of the kingdom, has proven its strength and ability to mitigate the effects of the Coronavirus pandemic."

“The G20 group has proven its strength and ability to cooperate in order to mitigate the effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the world,” King Salman tweeted.

'It’s everyone’s responsibility to move towards a better, healthier, and prosperous future for all,” he added.

It is worth mentioning that, the two-day G20 leaders' summit kicked off virtually earlier Saturday.

The summit is chaired by King Salman and attended by heads of state of G20 members and guest countries as well as heads of international organizations.
