In the same context, the Kuwaiti Ambassador to Cairo, Ghanem Saqr Al-Ghanim, affirmed that this anniversary holds a special place in the hearts of all Kuwaitis, who view it as a major event that embodies the meanings of pride, dignity, and the ability to repel aggression and achieve victory over the enemy despite all obstacles and the unlimited support provided to the enemy.
Al-Ghanim congratulated Egypt's leadership, government, and people on the fifty-second anniversary of the glorious October War victories.
The Kuwaiti ambassador added that Kuwaitis participated in the victory side by side with their brothers on the Egyptian and Syrian fronts. Kuwait did not hesitate to send the Yarmouk Brigade and the Jahra Force to participate alongside their brothers in defending Arab soil. Dozens of Kuwaitis were martyred, rising in defense of Arab lands. Their pure blood recorded their sacrifices and heroism in letters of light, and its radiance continues to illuminate the hearts of Kuwaiti youth with verses of pride and honor to this day.
