Jordanian King Abdullah II stressed the necessity of ending the Israeli war on Gaza and Lebanon, pointing out to the importance of strengthening the humanitarian response to the disaster that people in the Gaza Strip are experiencing.

This came during a meeting between the Jordanian King in Riyadh on Monday, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Jordanian News Agency reported that King Abdullah II appreciated - during the meeting held on the sidelines of the extraordinary Arab and Islamic summit - the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in unifying Arab and Islamic positions to serve the nation’s issues, most notably the Palestinian issue.

They discussed enhancing relations between the two countries and ensuring their consolidation in various fields.
