The season 17 premiere of Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK) premiered Sunday, which means brand new revaluations.

The season premiere featured American television star Kim Kardashian breaking down in tears as she revealed that was tested positive for lupus antibodies and for rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Kim, 38, admitted she has been experiencing swollen joints, headaches and general fatigue ahead of the arrival of her fourth child Psalm, who was born via surrogate in May.

Kardashian pointed out that she googled her symptoms and went with her sister Khloé to Beverly Hills rheumatologist, Dr. Daniel Wallace.

The health specialist explained that RA was the 'worst-case scenario', but he ordered the star to undergo some bloodwork.

The make-up mogul told her mother Kris Jenner that she'd been feeling tired and took a urine test to rule out pregnancy, adding that as she was playing a game with her son Saint, her hands went numb.

“I feel like I'm literally falling apart. I feel this, like, in my bones,” she revealed.

Later into the episode, Kim - who was joined by Kylie - received a call from her doctor, who shared the shocking results.

"As far as your results. Your antibodies tested positive for lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis," Dr. Daniel told the reality star.

“You'd have, in addition to swollen joints, you'd have fevers, rashes, mouth sores, be really tired,” he added.

The Beverly Hills rheumatologist revealed that her results don't necessarily mean she's a sufferer from the diseases, as sometimes people can get false positives in their screenings.

Self-made billionaire Kylie was overwhelmed with emotion at the news as she told her older sister: 'The scariest part is that we just don't know.'

What is lupus antibodies?

Lupus is an autoimmune disease, which means that the immune system produces antibodies that attack the body's own tissues, causing inflammation.

What is rheumatoid arthritis?

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic progressive disease-causing inflammation in the joints and results in painful deformity and immobility, especially in the fingers, wrists, feet, and ankles.
