North Korean leader Kim Jong-un’s daughter made a public appearance again, this time with missile scientists and more honorific titles as her father’s “most beloved” or “precious” child.

On Sunday, North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency reported on her for the second time, saying she and Kim took group photos with scientists, officials, and others involved in what it described as the launch of an experimental Hwasong-17 ICBM. 

KCNA described her as Kim's "most beloved" or "precious" child, a more honorific title than her earlier description of "(Kim's) beloved" child in his November 19 message.

On Sunday, Kim said North Korea's ultimate goal is to possess the world's most powerful nuclear force, according to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Sunday.

According to Kim, building a nuclear force to protect the country and its people is "the greatest and most important revolutionary cause, and its ultimate goal is to possess the world's most powerful strategic force, the absolute force unprecedented in the century."

Kim made the comments on Saturday as he promoted the officials involved in the recent test of a Hwasong-17, a new type of intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), which he described as "the world's strongest strategic weapon."

North Korean scientists have made a "brilliant leap forward in developing technology for mounting nuclear warheads on ballistic missiles," Kim said, without elaborating.

Pyongyang launched an ICBM on November 18. According to South Korean military experts, this missile can fly more than 15,000 km and reach the US mainland.
