Kevin Bacon Signs New Movie

Golden Globe winner and Emmy nominated Kevin Bacon has recently joined the cast of the untitled Blumhouse horror movie.

Bacon is also set to executive produce the movie along with Scott Turner Schofield.

The movie is directed and written by the three-time Oscar-nominated writer John Logan and marks his directorial debut.

Blumhouse founder Jason Blum will also produce the movie alongside Michael Aguilar.

The currently untitled project is currently in development. A release window for it is currently unknown.

Bacon recently starred in season 2 of Showtime’s hit series "City on a Hill", which was renewed for a third season.

He also appeared in and co-produced David Koepp’s "You Should Have Left".

The Footloose and J.F.K. star is set to join his wife Kyra Sedgwick’s second feature directorial "Space Oddity".

He can next be seen in movies "One Way" and "The Toxic Avenger".
