Kate Middleton Makes 1st Public Appearance Since Cancer Diagnosis

On Saturday, Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, made her highly-anticipated public appearance at the 2024 Trooping the Colors which celebrates King Charles III birthday. 

This was the Princess of Wales' first appearance since announcing her cancer diagnosis, and having treatment. 

Kate Middleton chose a black and white look with simple pearl accessories for her first public appearance since Christmas services. She also paid tribute to the Irish Guards regiment, of which she is Colonel, by wearing an Irish Guards Regimental Brooch.

She looked so emotional during her trip to the Buckingham Palace and her looks at her children during the Balcony appearance. 

Princess Kate's attendance was confirmed the day prior as she released a new photo and a massage to the public. 

She said: "I’m looking forward to attending the King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet."
