Kate Middleton Asserts Nature Role in Healing Process

On Monday, Kate Middleton asserted that nature can play a part in her healing process after passing through the tough period of battling cancer.

Kate Middleton opened up about her focus on finding peace following her cancer battle.

The Princess of Wales echoed the benefits of spending time outdoors during a Scouts visit to the Lake District in the UK. 

Middleton about her “spiritual” and “meaningful” connection with nature.

The Princess of Wales, who is also the joint president of the Scouts youth organization in the UK, spoke to a group of kids.

During the visit, the princess said: “I find it a very spiritual and very intense emotional reconnection, I suppose, these environments.” 

She continued: “Not everyone has that same relationship perhaps with nature.”

Middleton added that nature is “so, therefore meaningful” for her. She continued to explain that it is a “place to balance and find a sort of sense of peace and reconnection in what is otherwise a very busy world.”
