Production has begun on Egyptian stars Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz's new film.
The head of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority Turki Al-Sheikh announced the news on social media, sharing photos from the set and the film’s title.
The project is shooting under the title, "The Seven Dogs" and is sponsored by the Saudi General Entertainment Authority and is scheduled to begin production in 2025.
This will be the fourth collaboration between Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz after blockbuster films "Welad Rizk 3: El Qadya" and "Kira & El Gin" and season 2 of the critically acclaimed TV series “El Ekhteyar ll”.
Bad Boys For Life directors Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah is helming the film from a script by Mohamed El-Dabbah.
"The Seven Dogs" is based on a story Al-Sheikh and the Big Time team and will be the first film to be shot in Big Time Al-Husn Studios.
The pic will be in the largest Arab film production to date with a budget exceeding $40 Million.
