The recent explosions were caused by airstrikes, which did not result in any injuries or loss of life, according to Primary Sources.
Azerbaijan and Armenia announced that they had reached an agreement on a humanitarian truce on 18 October; however, the two sides exchanged accusations of violating it; moreover, they renewed military clashes on 27 September.
The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approved imposing a state of war in a number of cities and regions of the republic and a curfew, and also announced a partial mobilization.
Prior to this, the Armenian Cabinet declared a state of war and general mobilization in the country due to the events in Nagorno-Karabakh.
