The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Karabakh, on Saturday, called for imposing collective and inpidual sanctions against the military and political leadership of Azerbaijan.
“Despite additional agreements reached on October 30 in Geneva, with the mediation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, that the parties will not deliberately bombard civilian objects, Azerbaijani armed forces continue to shell rocket and artillery on the settlements of the Republic of Artsakh,” according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry of Karabakh on its official Facebook page.
“On the night of November 5 to 6 and throughout the day of November 6, especially the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, and the cultural center of the Republic of Shushi, were subjected to particularly intense shelling. One of the missiles launched by the Azerbaijani side across the capital fell on a residential building, resulting in the death of three civilians," according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry of Karabakh on its official Facebook page.
“Despite many attempts by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries to establish a truce, the Azerbaijani side of the fighting accompanied by all possible war crimes indicates the intention of the Baku authorities to deprive Artsakh of its civilians,” the statement added.
