Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov slammed U.S. President Joe Biden after the latter's suspicious behavior at a speech in North Carolina.
"The President of the United States was seen shaking hands with the air. He is a ridiculous president," Kadyrov said. "I pity Biden and am I ready to take him to a nursing home in Chechnya for free."

"I feel sorry for him because he does not know what to say or what is going on around him. He is not aware of who is running the state's affairs on his behalf," he added.
Biden was trolled after appearing puzzled on the stage at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro where he delivered a 40-minute speech on Thursday.
Following his speech, the 79-year-old Democrat leader turned right with his hand stretched out in a handshake position, but there was no one on stage who could respond to the American President's gesture.
“Where are the White House and Biden family handlers whose job it is to make him look good?” Harmeet K Dhillon, former vice chairwoman of the California Republican Party, said in a comment on Twitter.
