Juhayna Participates in “Food Africa 2019” Exhibition to Support Egypt’s Exports

Juhayna - Food Industries is participated in the fifth version of the International Exhibition for Foods and Drinks known as “Food Africa 2019”.

The exhibition was launched under the auspice of the Ministry of Trade and Industry in cooperation with the Exporting Council for Food Industries, the Exporting Council of Agricultural Products, and Chamber of Food Industrial as strategic partners.

It ran for three days from December 9 to 11.

Juhayna exhibited its products that answer all tastes of the social and economic categories in Egypt and abroad.

The company exhibited its dairy products and fresh juices in new packages designed according to modern and innovated methods of technologies in the world.

Management of the company is keen on supporting the sector of food industries and upgrading it as one of the most important sectors in this industry in Egypt.

The company believes in the importance of developing its products according to the international standards to enter new markets in the Middle East and Africa besides its current markets to further its exports which present 6% of its total production.

The exports of Juhayna reflect positively on the Egyptian economy.

This goes with the state’s plan to reduce imports by improving the quality of products to open new markets in Africa to the Egyptian products in light of the African Continental Free Trade Agreement.

Juhayna was also keen on taking part in a forum held on the sidelines of the exhibition this year as the company knows the importance of this issue gains local and wide international attention.

It was launched under the name of” Sustainable Packing and Recycling Economy- converting into the recycling economy in the  Middle East and Africa”

This goes with trends of Juhayna - Food Industries which prioritizes use of sustainable methods to save the environment.

It is worth mentioning, that Food Africa 2018 attracted 320 exhibitors who came from 28 countries and six regional exhibitions were organized to a number of participant’s countries.

Some fourteen thousand visitors came to this year’s exhibition and more than one thousand attended the sittings and forums.
