On Saturday, Jordan's Queen Rania posted a new family photo on Instagram, celebrating the new year.
She captioned the photo: "Happy New Year from our family to yours! May it be a peaceful and blessed one for our beloved country and for you all."
The Jordanian Royal Hashemite Court announced that Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah will marry his fiancee Rajwa Al Saif on June 1.
The engagement was announced last August in Riyadh.
Queen Rania wrote after her son's engagement: “I didn’t think it was possible to hold so much joy in my heart! Congratulations to my eldest Prince Hussein and his beautiful bride-to-be, Rajwa."
Prince Hussein's engagement came a month after his sister Princess Iman was engaged.
