Jordan and United States (US) affirmed the depth and strength of the strategic partnership relations between both countries.
This came during the meeting between Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister (PM) and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, and US Assistant Secretary of State for Near Eastern Affairs, Barbara A. Leaf.
Safadi and Leaf discussed regional issues, especially the Palestinian cause and the Syrian crisis.
Moreover, both senior officials affirmed the joint keenness to strengthen cooperation relations between the two friendly countries in all fields, and within the framework of the strategic partnership, and the fourth memorandum of understanding signed by the Kingdom and US last year.
