Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Jordanian Armed Forces, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Huneiti, met with the Malaysian Ambassador to Amman, Mohamed Nasri bin Abdul Rahman, to discuss avenues for mutual cooperation and coordination, particularly in the military domain.
During the meeting held on Monday, Al-Huneiti emphasized the importance of solidifying the strategic partnership between Jordan and Malaysia, underscoring the necessity of uniting international efforts to achieve global security and peace.
The discussions also touched on the latest developments on regional and international fronts, aiming to advance the interests of the armed forces in both countries.
For his part, Ambassador Mohamed Nasri commended Jordan's pivotal role under the leadership of King Abdullah II in maintaining security and stability in the region.
