Joaquin Phoenix and his fiancee Rooney Mara will collaborate in a new movie for the third time.
In an interview with El Espanol, director Lynne Ramsay revealed that Phoenix and Mara will both star in her upcoming movie "Polaris".
The couple met in 2013 on the set of "Her" and began dating in 2016, before starring together in 2018's "Mary Magdalene".
The pair got engaged in July 2019 and welcomed a year later their first child, River, named after Joaquin's late brother.
Phoenix will next be seen in writer-director Mike Mills' movie "C'Mon C'Mon".
He is also set to return as Arthur Fleck in a sequel to "Joker", a role that earned him his first Oscar.
Moreover, Mara will next appear in director Guillermo del Toro's" Nightmare Alley", which debuts in theaters on December 3.
