Jean-Claude Van Damme to Visit Egypt Next Month

In a statement, Waleed Al-Telbany, the actor's business manager, added he is set to go on sightseeing tours.

The visit coincides with Van Damme's birthday, which is celebrated on November 18.

This comes after the action-film star bantered recently on social media with Egyptian actor Mohamed Henedy about battling at the Pyramids of Giza.

This is not the actor's first visit to Egypt. He visited the country for the first time in 2011.

Van Damme also collaborated with Egyptian actor-singer Mohamed Ramadan in a TV commercial in Ramadan 2019.

It was the second most viewed commercial to be aired during the holy month. The footage achieved seven million views in just 3 days of its debut.
