Jamila Awad Talks about Her Upcoming Projects

Egyptian actress, Jamila Awad shared Monday an update on her upcoming projects.

Awad stated in a phone-in with "Mbc Trending" program that she had finished shooting her film "Arousty".

The film is a romantic comedy that also stars Ahmed Hatem and Sabrien and is written by Mostafa El Barbary, directed by Mohamed Bakir, and produced by High Media production.

The actress expressed her happiness with participating in the production, especially after presenting complex roles in the TV series "Ella Ana" and "Harb Ahliya", noting she needed to present a simple and romantic production.

Awad added that is one day from finishing shooting the film "Al Mhkam", which is produced by Ahmed El-Sobky.

She noted that the film is similar to the films "Cabaret" and "Al Farah", which take place in one day and features many celebrities.

TV series “Harb Ahliya”, which is currently participating in the Ramadan 2021 drama marathon.

“Harb Ahliya” also stars Yousra, Arwa Gouda, Cynthia Khalifeh, Bassel el khayat, and others.

The series is written by Ahmed Adel, directed by Sameh Abdel Aziz.

It marks the second collaboration between Yousra and Abdel Aziz. They collaborated for the first time in TV series “Kayanat Ahd”, which premiered last Ramadan.
