Jamila Awad Joins TV Series “Harb Ahliya”

Rising Egyptian actress, Jamila Awad has recently joined the cast of TV series “Harb Ahliya” (Civil War), starring Yousra.

The series is written by Ahmed Adel, directed by Sameh Abdel Aziz, and scheduled to be screened in the Ramadan 2021 drama marathon.

It marks the second collaboration between Yousra and Abdel Aziz. They collaborated for the first time in TV series “Kayanat Ahd”, which premiered last Ramadan.

Awad is also set to star in films “Al Mahkam” and “Arousty“.

The actress's latest artistic work is TV series “Ela Ana” (except me), which was screened on the “DMC” channel and “WatchiT” platform.

She starred as Vitiligo patient Nour in the story “Lazim Aeesh” (I must live). The story, tackling a rare issue for the first time in the history of Egyptian drama, had earned a massive success and received positive reactions on media and Google.
