CAIRO, Nov. 13 (SEE)- Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte confirmed holding a mini-summit in Palermo with the participation of Egyptian President Abdel Fatah El Sisi, Libyan Presidential Council Chairman Fayez al-Sarraj, Libyan Military Commander Khalifa Haftar and UN Envoy to Libya Ghassan Salama on Tuesday.
Conte posted on his official Twitter account some photos for the mini-summit participants.
"Sisi and Conte discussed ways to enhance economic, trade and investment relations between Egypt and Italy particularly in light of the ongoing national projects in Egypt, mainly the Suez Canal corridor development project and developing harbors and logistics services," Presidency Spokesman Bassam Radi said.
