Italian Prime Minister (PM) Giorgia Meloni confirmed that Rome will host an international conference on migration on July 23.
"Tunisian President Kais Saied and a number of heads of state or government in the Mediterranean countries are expected to attend," Meloni said, according to the Italian news agency ANSA, on Monday.
The Italian agency indicated that Meloni met with Saeed at the presidential palace in Carthage, Tunisia.
