An unnamed source told local reporters that two members of an Israeli tourist group were killed after a police officer opened fire against them, Cairo 24 reported.
The outlet added that the police officer was arrested, and the injured was transported to hospital.
Israeli National News reported that the gunman opened fire at the tourist bus of the Israeli tour group in Alexandria.
