Israeli Prime Minister (PM) Benjamin Netanyahu is planning to extend his visit to the United States to meet with U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance on Tuesday.
According to the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Netanyahu is set to meet U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House later today, Monday.
The meeting is expected to focus on a range of strategic issues across economic, diplomatic, and security domains.
Netanyahu is expected to particularly emphasize the hostage crisis, the Iranian threat, and the ongoing dispute over tariffs, which was officially cited as a reason for the visit.
