Israeli occupation forces threatened Palestinian workers in the towns of al-Ubeidiya and Dar Salah, east of Bethlehem, warning them against going to their workplaces in Jerusalem and the 1948 territories, according to Palestinian security sources speaking to the Palestinian news agency WAFA.
The sources indicated that the occupation forces raided the two towns and posted leaflets on electricity poles, the walls of houses, and shops.
They also scattered leaflets in the streets, containing a clear threat to the workers not to go to their jobs in Jerusalem and other areas.
This move is part of the occupation's ongoing policies to restrict the movement of Palestinians and aims to increase pressure on Palestinian workers and negatively impact economic activity in the occupied territories.
