Israeli occupation forces prevented the Palestinian Red Crescent from reaching a man wounded by gunfire near the village of Umm Safa, northwest of Ramallah.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society stated in a press release carried by the Palestinian news agency WAFA on Tuesday that its crews are coordinating with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in an attempt to reach the wounded man.
In a related development, Israeli occupation forces closed all entrances to the northern part of Ramallah and raided several towns in the Bethlehem Governorate.
