Three Palestinian young men were killed this morning, Tuesday, in a clash with Israeli occupation soldiers on Mount Gerizim, in the city of Nablus, in the occupied West Bank.
The Israeli army said in a statement: "A short while ago, a car carrying three Palestinians arrived in the Samaria neighborhood in the Nablus city area, where one of the Palestinians opened fire at soldiers.
The statement added: "The soldiers clashed and killed the Palestinians, as they found three M16 rifles, a pistol, ammunition clips, and military equipment.
For its part, the Palestine Red Crescent twitted that "its cars moved to the site, but they were prevented, and contacts were made with the Red Cross, but the occupation forces prevented the paramedics from reaching."
The Red Crescent added: "Until now, there are no confirmed and accurate details, and the number of martyrs is uncertain, except for what was announced by the Israeli side that they are three Palestinian youths."
