Eight Palestinians were wounded by live ammunition, one of them seriously, and two others were arrested, during the Israeli occupation forces’ raid, today, Monday, in several neighborhoods in Jenin in the West Bank.

Palestinian security sources said that large forces of the occupation army stormed the city from several points and that its snipers climbed the roofs of several buildings, especially in the vicinity of Jenin Governmental Hospital.

The sources added that violent clashes broke out between the Palestinian youths and the occupation forces in separate areas of the city, during which live fire targeted them.

The sources pointed out that the occupation forces prevented ambulances from transporting the injured, and one of their vehicles rammed two ambulances, causing them material damage.

The occupation forces sent more reinforcements to the city of Jenin, raided several houses, searched them, tampered with their contents, and arrested two young men.
