Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 37 Palestinians from cities and governorates across the West Bank on Wednesday.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli forces arrested 12 Palestinians, including two women, from the Hebron governorate after raiding their homes, searching them, ransacking their belongings, and abusing them.

The occupation forces also erected several military checkpoints at the entrances to Hebron and its surrounding towns, villages, and refugee camps, and closed a number of main and secondary roads with iron gates, concrete blocks, and earth mounds.

The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale arrest campaign in the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas, detaining nine Palestinians and raiding several homes. They also arrested ten Palestinians from the village of Amatin, east of Qalqilya, and three from the Bethlehem governorate. Additionally, they arrested a young man after shooting him in the thigh with live ammunition as he and his sister were leaving their home in the northern part of Tulkarm.

WAFA further reported that Israeli occupation forces arrested two Palestinians during a raid on the Aqbat Jabr refugee camp, south of Jericho.
