Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes on areas in central and southern Gaza on Tuesday, continuing their violations of the ceasefire agreement that went into effect on October 11.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli warplanes carried out scattered airstrikes east of Khan Younis, and that Israeli aircraft also fired machine guns east of al-Bureij refugee camp and Deir al-Balah.
Israeli occupation forces stormed the town of Azzun, east of Qalqilya, and deployed in the al-Safha and northern neighborhoods, firing stun grenades before withdrawing after a two-hour incursion without making any arrests. Meanwhile, Israeli bulldozers began demolishing structures within the UNRWA compound in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of Jerusalem.
