Hebrew media reported that a huge explosion rocked the city of Haifa in central Israel at dawn on Monday.
It is noteworthy that Haifa is the main Israeli port on the Mediterranean Sea.
The Israeli media outlets suggested that the cause of the explosion may have been the downing of a drone coming from Lebanon by sea that was trying to target the port in Haifa.
However the Israeli authorities did not issue any clarification on the incident, and the sirens were not activated.
