Israeli occupation forces detained three foreign activists and six Palestinians during separate raids in the Ramallah area on Tuesday, according to local sources.
The Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that Israeli forces stormed the area of Khallayel, south of the village of Al-Mughayyir northeast of Ramallah, and arrested three foreign nationals holding British, American, and Italian citizenship. The activists were present to support the Abu Naim family, who have been subjected to repeated attacks and harassment by Israeli settlers.
In a related incident, Israeli forces carried out a raid in Jalazone refugee camp north of Ramallah, where six Palestinians were arrested. During the operation, troops reportedly vandalized several homes and damaged personal property.
