Today, Friday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested 15 Jerusalemites, including 3 children, at the gates of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Local sources said that the occupation forces arrested 6 young men from Al-Silsilah Gate, 3 children from Al-Asbat Gate, and 6 others from the Old City, as they left Al-Aqsa Mosque, after performing the prayers.

The occupation forces imposed security restrictions and brought military reinforcements in the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque, which led to a decrease in the number of worshipers arriving at the blessed Mosque on the third Friday of Ramadan to 130,000, compared to 250,000 on the second Friday of the holy month.

The restrictions coincided with the second day of the Jewish "Passover", which lasts until next Wednesday.
