Israeli FM: Washington Continues to Greenlight Israel Go on War in Gaza

Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Lior Ben Dor said that the United States of America (USA) continues to give the "green light" to the war in the Gaza Strip.

Ben-Dor said: “We must pay attention to the entire speech of the American administration as it continues to give a clear green light to Israel in this war against Gaza, and it provides Israel with all means of fighting.

Ben-Dor also commented on the adoption by the United Nations (UN) General Assembly of a resolution demanding an immediate ceasefire for humanitarian reasons in the Gaza Strip, as well as the release of all hostages without preconditions.

He said in an interview with the Arab World News Agency: “Even if there are Western countries that vote against “Israel in the General Assembly, those countries agree with Tel Aviv behind the scenes on the necessity of eliminating Hamas in Gaza.”
