Israeli Foreign Ministry (FM) spokesman Lior Ben Dor announced yesterday, Monday, that Israel will not cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Ben-Dor said: “We do not trust investigative committees, as they come with an agenda that is known in advance and we know before starting the investigation what its conclusions will be. We experienced such a bias after the 2009 war on Gaza when the Goldstone Fact-Finding Committee was formed by the United Nations Human Rights Council, and we did not recognize its report.
The Israeli official added Tel Aviv's position is known and it won't cooperate with the International Criminal Court.
He went on to say that he knows that the number of victims killed in Gaza is 12,000 or more.
