Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed that Israel will continue to act forcefully, both in Gaza and on the northern front in Lebanon, until all war objectives are achieved, the security of residents is ensured, and the hostages are returned.
In light of fears that the scope of the confrontation could expand, the Israeli Home Front Command decided to modify its security instructions.
Consequently, educational activities have been suspended in certain areas, alongside the imposition of restrictions on the number of people permitted to gather in open and enclosed spaces.
These measures come as part of Israel's preparations for the potential continuation of rocket and drone attacks, amid security estimates indicating that expanding military operations against Lebanon could prompt attackers to target more distant and complex geographical areas.
