The Israeli army announced on Sunday that it had bombed Hezbollah missile launch sites in southern Lebanon.
The Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot reported today, citing the Israeli army, that it had destroyed the headquarters of Hezbollah's Radwan Force.
For its part, Hezbollah announced today that it had carried out military operations targeting Israeli army positions on the Lebanese border in response to Israeli aggression against Lebanese cities and towns, including the southern suburbs of Beirut.
In a related development, Israeli media reported that the government is considering a French proposal to halt the military operation in Lebanon. The French proposal reportedly includes Lebanon's recognition of Israel and the disarmament of Hezbollah.
