The Israeli occupation army spokesman announced that 20 missiles were detected, fired in the last bursts, crossing Lebanese territory towards the valley area. Some of them were intercepted towards Marj Ibn Amer, and some of them landed in open areas, according to Lebanese media.
He said that the Air Force attacked sources of missile launches from southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Hezbollah said, "Its fighters bombed the Israeli military airport at Megiddo, west of Afula, and they also bombed the Ramat David base and airport."
Hezbollah confirmed in a statement that the bombing of Megiddo and Ramat David airports was to support Gaza and defend Lebanon and its people.
Rocket firing was also renewed from southern Lebanon towards Israeli settlements and sites in the Upper Galilee.
