The Israeli occupation forces arrested a 13-year-old Palestinian child, claiming that the child had a knife with which he intended to stab an Israeli soldier.
The Israeli occupation forces also arrested the released prisoner, known as the Senior of
Palestinian Prisoners, Maher Yunis, along with his brother, for allegedly inciting resistance, noting that he possesses evidence to support its allegations against the released prisoner and his brother.
Younis was released last Thursday, after a 40-year detention period in Israeli prisons, and the Israeli authorities warned "Younis" and his family not to hold any manifestations of celebration.
Al-Aqsa Mosque witnessed the storming of dozens of settlers, backed by heavy security from the Israeli occupation forces.
The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem said that the settlers made provocative tours in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, performing Talmudic rituals, while the Endowment Department indicated the intransigence of the occupation forces with the Palestinian worshipers by holding the identities of some and checking others.
