An Israeli TV correspondent in southern Israel, revealed new details about the missile that fell on the Taba City Ambulance building, injuring six Egyptian citizens and causing damage to the building.
The Israeli television correspondent claimed that investigations were being conducted into whether the missile was launched towards Eilat, but it accidentally fell on the Egyptian Taba.
In the same context, an Egyptian sovereign source revealed that once the missile launcher is determined, all options are available to deal with it.
The source explained that Egypt reserves the right to respond at the appropriate time.
The Israeli army said it was aware of a security incident near its Red Sea border with Egypt early Friday, following reports of an explosion in the city of Taba.
The Israeli army added, "We are aware that a security incident occurred, but it occurred outside our borders," Reuters reported.
Meanwhile, five out of six Egyptians who were admitted to hospital have been discharged for treatment, while the condition of the last person remains safe.
