On Sunday, ISIS claimed responsibility for an attack that killed at least 9 Iraqi policemen when a bomb targeted their convoy near the city of Kirkuk.
A source said that the explosion occurred near the village of Safra, about 30 km southwest of Kirkuk. He added that two other policemen were seriously injured.
