Gold prices declined by EGP 4 in domestic markets during the trading process of the last week, while ounces' prices rose by $19 in the world exchange market which represented 1% of the gold’s value.
Saied Embabi, the CEO of Isagha Platform, said that gold ounces recorded $1707 by the beginning of the week, and it registered $ 1726 by the end of the week.
Embabi revealed that the gold prices witnessed slight changes in prices last week due to the fall of the ounces in global markets.
Isagha CEO explained that 21-karat reached EGP 990 by the beginning of the week, however, it hit EGP 986 by the end of the week.
He added that 24-karat was sold at EGP 1127, while 18-karat hit EGP 845. On the other hand, 14-karat was estimated at EGP 657. Finally, the gold pound recorded EGP 7888.
