The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) declared that the Israeli attack on the southern suburb of Beirut will not pass without a response.
In the first Iranian comment regarding the Israeli strike on the suburb, the Assistant Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters emphasized that the "Zionist crimes in the suburb will not remain unanswered."
Meanwhile, Axios reported that Israel notified the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) shortly before executing the attack on the Beirut suburb.
The Israeli occupation army had launched a raid on Beirut’s southern suburb, with the Israeli military stating that it carried out a "precise strike" on Hezbollah infrastructure in the area.
