Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Defense, Micheál Martin, emphasized that Israel, despite ignoring international calls, cannot disregard the binding order from the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to cease its aggression on the city of Rafah in southern Gaza.
In a statement reported by WAFA today, Martin stated, "Israel has chosen to ignore the demands of the international community, but it cannot ignore the orders of the International Court of Justice. These decisions are legally binding and must be followed."
Martin called for intensified international efforts to stop Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip and ensure unhindered access for humanitarian aid to the region.
