Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein expressed his pleasure at the resumption of diplomatic relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia, announcing that Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid would visit Tehran soon.
It is worth mentioning that, Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian congratulated his Iraqi counterpart Fuad Hussein on Eid al-Fitr.
In a phone call, both FMs exchanged views on several issues, including bilateral relations, the European Union (EU), developments in the region, and the importance of maintaining security and stability in the region and combating terrorism, according to "IRNA".
