Iraqi Prime Minister (PM) Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, and Kuwaiti Foreign Minister (FM) Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between both countries in various fields, and increase levels of cooperation and partnership in the economic fields.
In a statement, Al-Sudani affirmed the availability of a serious desire to overcome the outstanding issues between the two countries in a way that preserves the interests of the two peoples and the two countries, indicating that the Iraqi government continues to work jointly with brotherly and neighboring countries to ensure common interests.
On his part, Al-Sabah handed over a written message to Al-Sudani from Kuwaiti Prime Minister (PM) Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, on prospects for joint work between both countries, and Kuwait's desire for fruitful communication with Iraq.
