Iraqi PM, Estonian Counterpart Hold Talks in Munich

Iraqi Prime Minister (PM) Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and his Estonian counterpart Kaja Kallas discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations in several areas, most notably information technology and artificial intelligence and their use in developing the agricultural sector, as well as e-government. 

This came on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2024 on Saturday

The two sides agreed to send an Iraqi technical delegation to Estonia to discuss this important file and its mechainsms.

The meeting agreed to form a bilateral committee to study the areas and files through which joint cooperation between the two countries can be strengthened.

They also discussed the file of the international coalition, in which Estonia participates, and the ongoing dialogues with the United States to end its presence in Iraq, after the great progress and high readiness of the Iraqi security forces.
