Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif confirmed  Saturday that his country will not negotiate with Washington before returning to the nuclear agreement, according to Al-Arabiya TV.

The Iranian minister had recently called for European mediation to coordinate the steps of Tehran and Washington's return to the nuclear agreement.

And earlier, Zarif said that Tehran had fulfilled all its obligations a year after the United States withdrew from the nuclear deal, according to urgent news broadcast by Sky News a little while ago.

Zarif added: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) confirmed Iran's commitment to all its obligations under the nuclear agreement.

He said that the European Coordinator of the Joint Commission can arrange for the US-Iranian return to the nuclear agreement.

On the other hand, French President Emmanuel Macron said that Saudi Arabia and other countries should be involved in any new negotiations on the nuclear deal with Iran.

Macron added that he  will do everything in  his  capacity  to push forward the  dialogue between Iran and the United States of America (USA)

The French President said that he would support a new dialogue with Iran on the nuclear agreement, stressing the need to find a way for Saudi Arabia and Israel to participate in the dialogue.
