Iran’s ground forces commander said on Wednesday that the country is closely monitoring what he described as enemy movements along its borders and is fully prepared for all possible scenarios, amid escalating tensions in the region.

In a statement, the commander emphasized that any potential ground confrontation would be “dangerous for the enemy” and would come at a heavy cost, signaling Tehran’s readiness to escalate if necessary.

The remarks come as hostilities between Iran and Israel continue to intensify, with both sides exchanging threats and military actions.

Meanwhile, in central Tel Aviv, three people were reported injured after fragments from an Iranian missile fell in the area. The incident, which triggered alarm systems, underscores the growing risks to civilians as the conflict expands beyond military targets.

Emergency services responded to the scene, treating the injured and assessing damage caused by the falling debris. Authorities have not indicated the severity of the injuries but confirmed that the situation is under control.

The developments highlight the increasing volatility of the conflict, with warnings of a potential ground war raising concerns over a broader and more destructive phase of fighting.
